Can i use superman logo in my business name?
I am planning on opening a business. In the business name i want to have the superman’s logo "S" start the word superb. will i be in copyright violation if i use the S logo of superman?

You sure will. That symbol doesn’t belong to you and you don’t hold the copyright/trademark rights for it.

DC Entertainment will not be pleased. Licensing the logo is NOT cheap.
Disney Corp. now owns DC (Superman, etc).
You cannot legally use any trademark, copyright or logo that is owned by another entity. If you do, they will sue you and they will win.
Better to be creative and create an original company symbol.
