How do I register or trademark my business name and logo?
How do I go about deciding if I need to trademark or register my business name and logo so nobody else can use it? Where can I do it for cheap?
You may do this online at the US Patent and Trademark Office webiste:

Fairly simple, you can do it yourself
If you register a trade name with your state, you are only protected in that state. If it’s really valuable, go to uspto.gov
go to your county office and get a DBA.
