What kind of business license should I get if I’m going to be offering several different services?
I’m an artist. I sell paintings at shows and galleries, but I also do graphic design and advertising at home and I sell my designs on t-shirts at certain events. I want to get a business license that will allow me to market all of these different services at different places. Any ideas? Thanks.
In New York You would get a DBA,( Doing Business As) of course you would think of a creative name like, Special FX ENTERPRISES. They are about $30 bucks,and you can use your social number with this one. Best of luck .

The only license there is to get is an occupational license which can be obtained at City Hall.
