Yes, your bank will be happy to open a business account for you under the name of your business. There may be fees associated with such an account, but shop around. If you have business expenses, pay them out of the same account, it will help with your bookkeeping.

Your question is a little confusing … is the check made out to your business?
Ask your bank what their requirements are. You have to be able you own the business, but you would not need a business checking account.
