What will be the scope of software engineering after 6 years from now?

P.S. I am looking for jobs with really high pay in the computer field.
There is a lot of money in database software, things like SQL and the like. (You can tell i don’t know much about it).
Also I think maybe "cloud" computing might come to the fore. Especially server apps. for 3g mobile phones.
Surely traditional apps loaded onto stand-alone PCs etc will be a thing of the past in a few years time?

then better choose other field
why u ra asking again in the same field though s/w engineer scope is not good

there are n no.of fields are there
dont stick bliendly to s/w field.
