Where do I report a company collecting sales tax and keeping the monies?
This company is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. They have collected over 0k in sales tax and kept all the money. Where would I report this information?

If you have actual evidence then you should contact the Ohio department of revenue. I’m sure you can find contact info on Google.
They won’t be interested in what you think you know, they’ll only be interested in the evidence you can provide. Also, if you’re an accountant with this company who is responsible for tax issues, you could be held liable also.
How do you know that they are keeping the money? Are you the person who is responsible for sending the money to the State of Ohio and are under orders to not pay the taxes? If so, bear in mind that YOU can be held personally liable for those unpaid taxes! The liability for trust fund taxes not only extends to the business and its owners, but to the employee(s) whose job it is to make the tax payments.
